1. Personalized products

The following applies to all individually printed or embroidered items:

👉 No returns, no cancellations, no exchanges.

This is permissible under Swiss law, as the products are manufactured specifically according to customer requirements.

2. Non-personalized products

Non-personalized products can be returned within 14 days , provided they:

• unworn

• unwashed

• undamaged

• original packaging

3. Complaints

In case of production errors or incorrect deliveries, A Maglia Wear will replace the product free of charge.
